It is our mission to treat every patient as an individual and educate each patient to optimal dental health. We will earn our patients' trust by providing a caring and sensitive environment. Keeping a positive attitude with each other and our patients will help us to achieve these goals.
Each employee shall strive to provide excellent technical care while creating an environment which fosters personal and professional growth as well as maintaining healthy relationships with our patients and one another.
Hours
We are available to serve you:
Monday from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Tuesday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Wednesday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Friday from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Saturday from 9 a.m .to 1 p.m. (Labor Day through Memorial Day)
Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call: 978-458-4921. New patients are always welcomed. New Patient forms available below.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you please provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to fill your appointment with another patient. Patients will be billed for late cancellations or no-shows. Please schedule only definite appointments.
Emergencies
You can feel free to call the office at any time for your emergencies. Should the office be closed, just leave a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Online Forms
For your ease and comfort, you can download the dental and medical forms online. Now you can fill out these forms before you come in for your visit. Filling out the forms before you visit is not necessary, but it will save you time.
Dental and medical forms are important, because they help us design a dental program that caters to you. Taking proper time to fill out these forms helps us determine the best treatment program for your individual needs. Make sure to fill out all medications you are taking because some may have dental side effects that you might not expect.
